Basic rental rate is $25 per hour but can vary based on the type and length of event.


Usage Rules

Our facility is non-smoking and alcohol free.

We may require renters to pay a refundable cleaning fee. The renter is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and hauling your own trash. Depending on scheduled usage, arrangements can be made to clean up on the day following your event, but we prefer the facility be cleaned on the day of the event.

Depending on the event, you must reserve the hall for set-up, tear-down and cleaning times.

We DO NOT allow removal of club furnishings (tables and chairs) they are for use inside the Hall for users of the Hall. So don't ask to borrow or rent our tables and chairs for an event held elsewhere.

About the Hall

PPCC hallThe PPCC Hall has one large meeting room with hardwood floors, folding tables and chairs. There is a warming/serving kitchen (not licensed for food preparation) that includes an electric stove with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, serving counter and a deep sink in a room adjacent to the kitchen. We recommend you provide your own disposable plates, cups, and utensils.

The PPCC Hall is handicap accessible (ramp at the rear of the building) and the rest rooms are ADA approved.

The PPCC Hall is on a domestic well but tied in to the Divide Waste Water system. We have Natural gas for heat and hot water. Due to this being an old building there are only a few electric outlets, you may need to supply extension cords. There is no hard-line telephone service, but there is good wireless (cell) phone coverage.
